The Manager, Inside Sales leads a team a team of Inside Sales Representatives and is directly responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining profitability for one of the largest growth potential segments. This individual is responsible for the hiring, developing, and coaching Inside Sales Representatives.

This role is directly responsible for the leadership of the inside sales organization. Including the planning and execution of all sales metrics and the attainment of sales budget and KPIs, and performance management of all inside sales representatives. The Inside Sales Manager is expected to be an expert in the customer segments served by the Inside Sales Team.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, Hire, and coach inside sales representatives
  • Lead inside sales representative including coaching, developing, training, setting expectations, and performance management
  • Achieve all sales targets and KPIs
  • Build strategy for Inside Sales Organization and execute against this strategy
  • Takes initiative to understand market conditions, their assigned customer segment, competition, environment and customer needs
  • Working cross functionally with internal business partners to effectively grow the inside sales organization

Candidate Requirement:

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience
  • Experience leading an inside sales team
  • Results driven individual with experience hiring, training, and coaching inside sales representatives
  • Experience with developing and executing a strategy, building an inside sales organization
  • Experience in talent management and performance management
  • Experience with computer software and a CRM
  • Preference of understanding of the safety market

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
