We're looking for our next Inside Sales representative who will be answering and documenting all incoming telephone calls to assist customers with their rental needs. The position includes increasing revenues by opening new accounts, suggestive selling, building and maintaining professional relationships, and coordinating / providing services for our customers.

Required Skills and Experience
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with construction/equipment industry preferred
- Proficient computer skills – MS Office; AS400 a plus
- Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
- Valid driver’s license
