Job Overview
Develop sales through constant recruiting of new and existing families for lessons, teams, programs seasonally as directed. Initiating cross selling opportunities with current families and upselling all current families to other ASSA products.
Duties and responsibilities
- Make outgoing phone calls to new and existing clients per R2 by Manager.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching prospects and leads for potential accounts .
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
- Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and register clients for ASSA events
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database. • Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
- Develop an understanding of ASSA CRM (Salesforce) supplying proper notes and information for accurate data tracking
- Maintain required conversion rate per ASSA average sale per presentation TBD
Qualification Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Strong desire to succeed

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
