In this gratifying Inside Sales position, you will follow up on sales proposals written by the sales representatives and service technicians with two purposes, quality assurance and closure of the sale. This role also provides tactical support to other departments as needed. Duties & Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative:
- Unsold Proposal Follow-Up
- Helps to save previously sold jobs when homeowners request to cancel an installation.
- Attends the weekly sales and One Team meetings.
- Practices the sales process and follows it every time while presenting to potential customers and results appointments.
- Provides remarkable customer experiences.
- A highly motivated professional individual
- The ability to engage with customers, and problem solve.
- Strong listening, and consulting skills
- Ability to enter a crawlspace.
- A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company.
- Skill in operating computer software
