Job description

A successful corporate gift company seeks a detail-oriented individual and quick learner to join our production team as a support specialist. The role focuses on our online company stores and offers value-added services to clients. Work with clients to help customize their logos on promotional products. Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with great colleagues and good energy. Must be fully vaccinated.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with vendors to create mock-ups, obtain approvals from clients, place orders and monitor the overall production schedule.
• Research promotional products, custom apparel and promotional items.
• Maintain excellent relationships with vendors.
• Gather information about customer needs and business objectives by listening carefully and asking questions.
• Monitor assigned account activities to ensure that customers are fully satisfied with their purchase decisions.
• Work daily in our customized SAP software system and place POs, create item numbers, and understand inventory system
• Be a team player and treat co-workers with respect and kindness.

Qualifications

• Must have a good sense of visual design.
• Can multi-task and thrive in a busy environment
• Works well under pressure

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Database and customer relationship management/order entry experience a plus
• PPT experience a plus
