We are looking for a highly creative and motivated individual to join our team as the Inpatient Director of Perioperative Services. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient-focused, high-quality, and well-organized care in Surgical Services, including the Preop/Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Operating Room/Preadmission Testing (PAT), and Sterile Processing Department (SPD).

As the Inpatient Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to the surgical services team, ensuring the department operates effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of our patients, physicians, and staff. You will also play a key role in planning for the future growth and success of the organization's surgical services.

In addition, you will monitor the financial operations of the department, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring that established hospital policies are carried out. You will also be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, addressing, and improving the department's functions, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing required or obtained within 5 years of hire
• Active RN License in the state of Maryland
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in perioperative services management

• Proven track record of success in perioperative services management
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for patient care
