Optim Health System is seeking an Information Technology Technician for our Sylvania location.
Job Requirements:
- Triages all helpdesk tickets and phone help requests.
- Escalates issues as required to other IT staff.
- Assists with department projects as required.
- Unboxes and preps new PCs prior to deployment.
- Repairs and refurbishes PCs as necessary.
- Deploys new hardware with careful attention to detail.
- Communicates effectively with other staff (end users and IT) regarding IS issues.
- Communicates effectively with vendors regarding IS issues when necessary.
- Independently diagnoses and resolves all manner of computer hardware and software, printer and network problems.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
