Job Summary:
Works as a member of the Information Systems’ team to perform the following functions: represent the interests of supported users in the implementation and operation of information systems; develop, maintain and monitor user training materials and methods; create reports and assist others in creation of reports; create customized menus and queries that comply with enterprise standards; communicate with software vendors on service issues; behave in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH and perform other duties as requested.
