Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Information Assurance Analyst (ISSM)
- Analyze and define security requirements.
- Design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions to computer security requirements.
- Gather and organize technical information about an organization’s mission goals and needs, existing secure products, and ongoing programs in the computer security arena.
- Perform risk analyses that also include risk assessments.
Required Skills and Experience
***Must have outstanding Interpersonal and communication skills***
- Expert knowledge in Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-30, NIST 800-37, NIST 800-53a, NIST SP 800-61, NIST 800-171, Army Regulation (AR) 25-2, and AR-380-5.
- Expert knowledge of Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Services (eMASS).
- Expert knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes.
Professional Certifications
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Identity and Access Management (IAM) Level III certification
Formal Education
Bachelor of Science
Years of Professional Experience
5 years’ experience in relevant field
Security Clearance Requirements
Must possess a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Citizenship
U.S. Citizenship Required
