The Goddard School in the Highlands is currently seeking an Qualified Infant Supervisor for our Infant (6 weeks to 12 months) classroom. Infant Supervisors need a Level 2 or higher credential on Colorado Shines and ECE 111 or Expanding Quality in Infant and Toddler Care. Candidates would preferably have 6 months or more supervisor experience. This is a full-time position in our Infant classroom.

We have three teachers in each of our classrooms, so this is a co-teaching position, working with two other teachers and ten students. We truly value this three-teacher model as it allows our teachers the flexibility to plan their own breaks and lunches. It also allows our faculty to have time out of the classroom to work on lesson planning or even just go to the restroom when they need to. Having three consistent teachers in the classroom creates consistency for our students and flexibility for our faculty.

To further support our faculty, we also provide:

• We have incredibly low teacher turnover and rarely have teaching positions open at our school. This position is open because we just expanded our school by 3 classrooms
• We assist with lesson planning ideas or any other curriculum related questions along with a fulltime educational director.
• Three teacher teams in each classroom.
• Paid lesson planning time during school hours.
• We conduct 90 day and annual reviews with all faculty members. This is a way to provide two-way feedback about employee performance as well as give feedback on the school operations.
• Paid training hours and opportunities for continuing education.
• Some of the financial benefits we provide include: Health care reimbursement of $250 per month
• Up to 15 days of PTO (sick and vacation), in addition to holiday pay
• Holiday pay is available immediately upon hire
• Tuition reimbursement or payment assistance for ECE classes. Courses to become lead qualified are paid for in full
