Our Infant/Toddler program is in need of a loving, enthusiastic and skilled teacher who can demonstrate patience and dedication to their students. The Infant Co-Lead Teacher is responsible for creating fun learning games, engaging in meaningful discussions and encouraging social skills. Teachers must be results-oriented and focus on keeping their classrooms safe, clean and healthy.

Responsibilities:

• Anticipate and respond to the activity level of children in the classroom, helping them to focus on learning and achieve positive social, emotional, physical, and cognitive developmental outcomes.
• Communicate frequently with parents, children, and staff members.
• Create an environment within the classroom that is safe, nurturing, and stimulating for children.
• Understand individual differences in children and implement strategies that meet their needs.
• Provide a range of developmentally appropriate materials including print and non-print media.
• Use technology to enhance learning.
• Provide age appropriate health, safety, and nutrition education to children; Provide children with opportunities for socialization with peers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,485.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Faculty members are required to wear a mask and meet vaccination requirements. Families conduct drop-off and pick-up curbside each day, and the building is professionally cleaned and sanitized daily.

Experience:

• Infant care: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
