Our department provides services and consultation to business units at Bosch North America in compliance of the governance topics of Information Security and Data Protection (ISP), Access Management (AM), Internal Controls/Monitoring Procedures (IC/MP) and IT Security in Manufacturing & Engineering (ITM/ITL)

We are seeking in individual to fulfill the role of Analyst of IT Security in Manufacturing & Engineering (Local-ITM & ITL). The Position will be based at our Owatonna, MN facility with frequent travel to Burnsville, MN and occasional travel out of state. Domestic travel up to 20%
In the role, you will be an expert on the applicable Bosch regulations that directly govern the topic.
As the Local-ITM & ITL, you will work closely with management and personnel to implement the respective regulations. Implementation includes but is not limited to, regular consultation with management on topics such as network design, secure IT device usage, training of the relevant regulations to all personnel (internal and external), asset lifecycle management, reaction to security bulletins from Bosch CERT, audits and provide consultation to management on ways to implement Industry 4.0.

• Associate degree in IT, business or education
• 1+ years of work experience in a business, educational or customer service driven environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Intermediate IT knowledge of networks

Preferred:

• Bachelors Degree in IT, Business or Education
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office Suite
• Comfortable making presentations in front of small and large groups
