Job Requirements:
- Working in industrial settings including Refineries, Oil and Gas Facilities, Power Plants, Food and Beverage, Water Treatment, etc.
- Install, replace, and repair industrial insulation materials, jacketing materials, covers, and blankets.
- Measures and cuts insulation material to specified size and shape for covering flat or round surfaces.
- Able to transport equipment and materials to the worksite.
- Verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with coworkers and customers.
- General construction labor.
Qualifications:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- Read construction drawings, P&ID’s, pipe schedules, ISO’s, material lists, etc.
- Ability to work up to 60 hours per week.
- Proficient in office 365 apps and Adobe.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings.
- Knowledge and experience with industrial insulation materials including Calcium Silicate, Mineral Wool, Fiberglass, Foam glass, Aerogel.
- Knowledge and skill in sheet metal work.
- Knowledge and skill in industrial sewing machines to fabricate custom covers.
Pre-Employment:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening along with random testing administered quarterly.
- Potential employees must be insurable and hold a valid driver’s license with experience towing trailers.
Education/Experience:
- Two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- OSHA 10 hours or greater.
- MSHA (encouraged).
- PEC Safeland (encouraged).
- Forklift Equipment Certification.
- Aerial Lift Equipment Certification.
