Job description
We award contracts to subcontractors based on quality, professionalism, communication & relationship.
Essential Functions
· Cleaning areas by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, glass cleaning, dusting, etc.
· Clean and stock restrooms as needed
· Follow and complete a job schedule within the time frame allowed
· Empty trash receptacles inside and outside
· Walking location to look for maintenance issues
Qualifications
· Cleaners must obtain and maintain your own cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies
· Cleaners must obtain Workers’ Compensation and keep current each year
· Cleaners must have use of a current smartphone to be eligible for contracts
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
