• Reporting to the Senior Manager-POS Implementation and as an integral part of the POS leadership team, you will develop and deliver a world class creative & execution strategy across Point of Sale (POS) with accountability for the planning, execution and delivery of POS across a wide variety of briefs and store formats
• You will be a key business partner, working collaboratively with the Customer, Retail & Commercial teams to gain alignment on POS strategy & solutions, critical paths and implementation plans for the entire Asda estate
• You will lead a team and agency partners to deliver against briefs that drive impact in-store and that support a "Low Cost Operating Model"
• You will be accountable for a large annual budget, reporting monthly and re-forecasting where necessary

You will have:
