The in-store marketing team create and execute compelling POS marketing for our Supermarkets, Superstores and Asda Living stores. The media is planned to drive basket spend, engage customers and add shopper satisfaction.

As POS Coordinator you'll support the design and print delivery of in-store POS for campaigns and key calendar and customer-led events such as Back to School, Halloween & Valentine's Day.

You will work with design and print agencies to land compelling, on brand, best in class events and campaigns for our stores and customers. You will support the two Events & Campaign Planners with the management of the overall POS critical path, including writing briefs, reviewing artwork and ensuring all activity is supported by effective store communication. You will also support the wider team with day-to-day team administration.

Your Role:

As POS Coordinator – Events & Campaigns you will work in the POS Implementation team to deliver POS solutions for all Events and Campaigns across the store.

You will be responsible for ensuring all POS critical path actions are completed efficiently, including building store block plans, updating our POS Activity Plan, managing our POS Pocket Guide (store comms) and implementing our event and brand guidelines across all activity.

You'll support the two POS Events and Campaign Planners and as a team you will be responsible for creating print briefs for our agencies, consulting internal design teams for sign off, and working with our retail operations team to deliver effective store communications. You will also champion our competitor reviews and store visits.

About You:

• You will have critical path and time management experience
• You will have experience working in retail, ideally with some experience of POS/marketing
• You will have outstanding attention to detail and an eye for design/creative
• You will be able to work as a team cross-functionally in a fast paced environment
