The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring is recruiting Math tutoring candidates for in person assignments with students in grades 9-12.
This position includes paid training, materials, regular demand, and a flexible schedule.
Type: TPAPT Member Company, Pacific Time
Level: Some experience tutoring or a teaching certification
Location: Poulsbo, WA
Classification: Contractor (1099)
The Position:
- Provide live in-person math tutoring to students in grades 9 - 12
- Tutoring takes place online evenings and weekends US PST
Requirements:
- Earned Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year degree granting US college or university
- 3-6 hours per week of availability
- One or more years of professional experience as a math tutor or classroom teacher
- The ability to teach either the Math sections of the SAT or ACT a plus
- Candidates must reside within a 10 mile radius of Poulsbo, WA.
Compensation:
- $40-$50/hr (commensurate)
