You deliver on the following duties and responsibilities:

━ Show Up! Be on time and understand that a vulnerable client is counting on you

━ Create Happier Aging experiences and client-focused care in home and community settings

━ Deliver on our Brand Promise by owning the client’s experience, ensuring you do whatever it takes to bring peace of mind to our clients and their families

━ Assist clients with activities of daily living: healthy meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, transportation, etc.

━ Meet safety standards, using equipment safely and accurately

━ Provide premium care approach to clients and their family members

━ Respond to Care Services Center (CSC) Team regarding scheduling inquiries and updates within the agreed upon timeline

━ Review care plan prior to beginning a visit, completing records accurately and carrying out all assignments as requested

━ Engage in open communication with your Care Designer when opportunities to elevate your client’s experience and care are identified

━ Update availability and vacation requests (as per stated expectations) with HR to ensure continuity of care for your client

Availability:

━ Flexibility is required!

━ Part time / Full time / Floater / Fill-in

Business Relationships:

━ Reports to the Care Designer

━ Works closely with the Client Care Ambassador

Key Metrics:

━ Attendance & Reliability

━ AMS - Attendance Monitoring System (AlayaCare)

━ NPS; Client Score of 10

Caregiver Requirements:

We provide care 24/7, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our clients’ needs.

━ Two positive professional references

━ Background or Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search (updated every 5 years for continued employment)

━ Negative TB test (updated every 5 years for continued employment)

━ Ability to travel independently to client’s visits

━ Communication skills, both written and verbal at a high school graduate level

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
