Implementation Advisors are responsible for 1) Providing leadership, oversight, and support of the implementation process for clients that are expanding\optimizing their credit risk product usage 2) The position requires direct client engagement from gathering requirements, supporting client implementation activities, to supporting issue resolution 3) Providing Fiserv clients a seamless experience by being the client’s single point of contact from the project’s initial discovery phase through the completion of the warranty phase 4) Managing all internal Fiserv fulfillment teams in support of client objectives 5) Providing clients and Fiserv management regular project status updates 6) Proactively manage risk, identify blockers, escalate as needed and ensure project commitments are met on time with a high degree of quality 7) Implementation Advisors work in a fast paced environment and directly impact Fiserv’s clients by enabling best in class services that will enhance consumer experiences, improve client efficiency and modernize client engagement work flows.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute implementation functions (i.e., gather requirements, system configuration support, planning and client support) for Fiserv’s Credit Risk Products (from Discovery to Warranty).
• As a subject matter expert on the credit risk solutions, the Implementation Advisor will provide consultation, configuration and training support to clients implementing or updating credit risk solutions.
• While the Implementation Advisor may not personally own every required task, he/she will assume ‘ownership’ of all aspects of the implementation project. The Implementation Advisor is responsible for managing expectations, ensuring tasks are completed and bringing the implementation work to closure.
• While partnering with other members of Fiserv fulfillment teams, the Implementation Advisor will document timelines, gather, and document requirements and complete Fiserv implementation deliverables.
• Implementation Advisor will manage expectations, provide clear concise documentation detailing project status, key deliverables, who will deliver what and when will it be delivered.
• The Implementation Advisor will bring in key resources as needed, providing clear direction to supporting resources on their role and what is needed from them.
• The Implementation Advisor will coordinate communication between all internal Fiserv and external client teams.
• The Implementation Advisor will develop a formal communication plan customized to the implementation projects and each client’s expectation. The communication plan will include a combination of regularly scheduled update calls, email communications, meeting recaps and\or a combination of all. Communication will increase and decrease as necessary through the life cycle of the project.
• The Implementation Advisor will proactively manage implementations and identify risks before they become a critical blocker.
• The Implementation Advisor will develop a strong understanding of all internal Fiserv processes that may impact delivery.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, technology, or a related field required
• Or, demonstration of relevant experience

Job-Related Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, busines systems analysis, or product strategy
• Software implementation experience; knowledge of SDLC and experience working with development teams
• Presenting and leading stakeholders and clients through complex topics; requirements gathering, discovery sessions, training
• Experience with customer service; client implementation/support
• Ability to represent technical delivery tasks to non-technical and\or business resources
• Shown success in effectively driving delivery
• Demonstrated history of direct client engagement while delivering technology\software solutions to clients

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

• 2+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred
• Experience with credit risk management solutions preferred (i.e. Experian PowerCurve, FICO – ACS, TRIAD, or Strategy Director)
• Working knowledge of IT program and project management functions
