Program Coordinator: Starting range: $23.00 to $25.00/hour

Danville Services of Oregon is seeking qualified applicants for a Program Coordinator, to oversee operations at our Oak Hills Group Home supporting three women in Beaverton, OR.

Danville’s Oak Hills program supports three adult women experiencing intellectual and developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible in the community. Our mission is to help each person served achieve their desired quality of life.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for supervising Direct Support Professionals and oversee daily operations to ensure the highest quality person centered supports for the individuals we serve.

In addition to meeting minimum employment qualifications and conditions for all Danville employees, applicants for the Program Coordinator position should have.

  • A minimum of three years of experience supporting people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Experience with scheduling preferred
  • Experience with interviewing, hiring, and training preferred.
  • Knowledge of Oregon’s ISP process and/or Person - Centered Planning preferred
  • The desire and ability to positively lead, support and collaborate with others.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Therap, or other electronic documentation management systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to be on-call 24 hours a day as assigned (generally 5 days a week) for emergencies.
