Restore Hyper Wellness & Cryotherapy Position: Hyper Wellness RepresentativeLocation: Redondo Beach, CA

Restore provides whole body and localized Cryotherapy, Red light Therapy, Compression, Infrared Sauna, HydraFacial, Cryoskin Slimming & Toning, IV Drip Therapy and Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy.

The Hyper Wellness Team is the face of Restore and plays a integral role in delivering a high- quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate for this position should have the following characteristics:

• Comfortable with selling and educating customers
• Fun, outgoing and enjoy working with people
• Phone skills which include lead follow up
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and create a friendly, positive environment
• Selling monthly memberships and packages
• Serve as an expert on Restore products and services
• Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicatorst
• Schedule appointments
• Onboarding new members (Medical waivers, online profiles)
• Conducting store tours for potential members
• Educating clients on Restore services
• Follow up via phone, email and/or text messages with all prospective leads and missed guests
• Accurately follow the daily store shift responsibility procedures Open/ During/Close
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees
• Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness® lifestyle
• Attend and participate in all relative Restore training programs
• Participate in community outreach, off-site events and special projects

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of face to face sales experience
• Must be able to work weekends

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Redondo Beach, CA 90277: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Required)
