Summary of LMSW/LPCA, or LMFTA Position:

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others! Our Norwich location is currently seeking either a HYBRID full-time Early Childhood OR HYBRID Mobile Crisis Clinician (LMSW/LPCA, or LMFTA) to provide intensive, home-based intervention with children, age birth through five, and their caregivers by working to strengthen the caregiver-child relationship by facilitating play and improving the caregiver’s capacity to reflect on the meaning of the child’s behaviors. The clinician will receive comprehensive training for both programs.

This position requires in-home visits to clients in New London County/ Windham County area.

Highlights of LMSW/ LPCA/ LMFTA Position:

• Extremely Competitive Compensation Packages - $64,000-$72,000 Depending on the position

Requirements/ Qualifications of LMSW/LPCA, or LMFTA:

• Master's degree (MA, MFT, MSW)
• This position is open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates
• CT State Licensure eligible for LCSW, LMFT, LPC
• Strong computer skills including effective use EPIC (our electronic health record system)
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred - pay differential offered

Pay: $57,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
