We are hiring Patient Care Representatives to handle inbound calls in a fast paced business environment!
Flexibility to Work From Home a few days a week after a 3 month training period if performance goals are met

Education and/or Experience:
- Associate Degree preferred
- +1 year experience in the medical field
- +1 years working in a Call Center environment.
Ideal candidate would have:
- World Class customer service skills
- Inbound, Outbound or Front Desk Experience in a medical related field
- Experience handling 100+ calls a day in fast paced business environment
- Excellent communication, written skills, and critical thinking skills
- Good working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience working in Interventional Pain Management
- Experience working with an Electronic Medical Record System- E-clinical preferably
- Experience working a regularly scheduled shift where lunch and break times are assigned
