Title: Service Technician
Location: Greater Atlanta Area
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to provide quality service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the industry, a strong work ethic, and be a self-motivated go-getter who takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on client equipment according to company standards
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs and answer any questions
• Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and equipment advancements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in industry-specific equipment or technology
• 2+ years of experience in service technician role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $39.39 per hour

• Douglasville, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)
