Job Description:

We are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Associate to perform routine maintenance work and various other duties. The primary focus of this position will be HVAC maintenance, including electrical circuit troubleshooting and repair, chill water systems, drive troubleshooting and repair, instrumentation and control valve calibration, and troubleshooting and repair of various HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits related to HVAC systems.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on chill water systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC drives.
• Calibrate and maintain instrumentation and control valves.
• Troubleshoot and repair various HVAC equipment.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Utilize basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Required Skills and Certifications:

• One year of experience in HVAC maintenance OR one year of vocational/technical education in HVAC.

Basic computer skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• EPA Universal Certification for refrigeration systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,736.02 - $65,101.44 per year
