Job Description:

Critical tasks include reading and analyzing mechanical plans/specs and other bid documents, communicating with vendors, and communicating with general contractors/owners. We are looking for someone who can maintain strong relationships with current clients and develop new relationships over time.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process bid invitations.
• Review drawings for accuracy and submit RFIs.
• Request and procure quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist with project management.
• Request job permits.
• Create purchase orders and order equipment/material.

Education and Experience:

• 1+ years’ experience in mechanical or plumbing estimating required.
• 4-year degree and/or construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PDF software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
