We rely on you to lead, mentor, and train our technicians as they develop their skills, becoming more successful and efficient in their work. You impart wisdom and expertise as well as train them on our company values and procedures. Additionally, you work well with customers, focusing on providing a positive experience, and are happy to answer questions and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise. Finally, you enjoy working as a part of the team and are happy to support our office, field team, and sales staff as well as review financial and daily reports. REQUIREMENTS

• 5 or more years of management experience
