Compensation:

• $65,000 - $130,000 Average Annual Pay (based on experience)
• Base Pay + Commissions (uncapped)+ Performance Based Bonuses!

HVAC Technician Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong client service
• Offer client repair and/or repair vs replace options
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle the physical workload of at least 50 LBS

• 3+ years of HVAC Service Technician experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Must be available for overtime
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Strong Mechanical Aptitude
• Service equipment in all types of weather
• EPA certification
• Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner
• Ability to climb a 40’ extension ladder
• NATE Certification is a plus!
• Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
