Progress Supply is a leading independently owned wholesale distributor of HVAC & Refrigeration equipment, parts and supplies. We are known for our team members, who provide our customers with excellent service by solving their HVAC/R issues with professional and accurate technical recommendations. We have locations in Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton, OH and in Louisville, KY. We are seeking individuals who can maintain and add to our industry reputation as one who provides best in class customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities for Inside Counter Sales position include:

• Provide excellent prompt customer service to HVAC/R contractors and customer personnel, in person and on the phone.
• Maintain full knowledge of our product lines in order to accurately provide recommendations and solutions to our customers.
• Ability to source product using our computer system, supplier catalogs, telephone or other sources.
• Process customer transactions, including price quotes, orders, invoicing and pulling orders from inventory.
• Must be a customer focused individual with the continuous desire to learn.
• Sales Experience a plus.
• HVAC and Refrigeration knowledge preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to pass drug & alcohol test & background check.
• Rate of pay commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
