We have an immediate opening for a HVAC Shop Coordinator / Installation Coordinator to join our team, someone who enjoys customers service, and wearing multiple hats of scheduling, data management, and overseeing inventory in our warehouse, some heavy lifting, and delivering parts to our teams in the field.

Job Title: HVAC Shop Coordinator / Installation Coordinator

Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime

Pay Scale: Up to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

Position Summary: To manage the day-to-day scheduling operations of the Installation Department. To ensure all install jobs are ready for installation, including purchasing materials, creating job files, registration of applications and building permits, logging warranties, and scheduling install with customers. Monitoring and maintaining stock levels on parts and supplies and order parts. Unloading and loading equipment into trucks. Inventory control including receiving of equipment.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass background and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 3 + years related experience in customer service, schedule coordinating, inventory, or combination of experience and education
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Inventory and parts ordering experience
  • Scheduling experience
  • Stellar customer service skills
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, installers and vendors
  • A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a part of the position
  • The ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracy
  • Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook & Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
