Position Description

As a HVAC Estimator you will be responsible for working with a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service by meeting clients' needs and commitments. Estimators are responsible for the accurate budgeting and estimating of assigned potential projects.

Qualifications

The following qualifications along with individuals previous work experience will be considered by the company when evaluating applicants:

• A minimum of (5) years prior Commercial or industrial HVAC project management or estimating experience
• College degree in engineering or construction (preferred)
  • Equivalent practical experience will be considered in-lieu of a college degree.
• Detailed knowledge of commercial / industrial HVAC systems
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong financial and business acumen and a successful history of running or estimating projects
• Professional image
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to work with multiple disciplines
• Proactive approach
• Team oriented
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
