Faurecia’s VIE Program


The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduate’s native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

We are the Human Resources team at Forvia's Electronics (FCE) business group.


Our Business Group is looking for a VIE to join our HR Controlling team. He/She will be working as support for Forvia Electronics Business Group HR Controller.


The main missions and opportunities
:


  • Participate to the Monthly reporting process (actual, forecast): consolidate inputs from our divisions, ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR reporting, participate in HR meetings to review employee data
  • Control consistency and ensure the reliability of the data reported: analyze and comment the discrepancies
  • Contribute to the budget process and strategic plan through analyzing headcount and cost evolution of our divisions to support the implementation of our global strategy
  • Participate to ad hoc HR studies
  • Lead projects to improve our controlling processes
  • Propose new ideas to engage our teams around the world


We can’t wait to find a new member of the team, so below you can see what our ideal candidate will have/be :


  • Master 2 with an HR, Finance or Business Analytics specialization
  • Excellent analytical, communication and organization skills
  • Be rigorous and very attentive to details
  • Team spirit and international mindset
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English (working language)
  • A great curiosity and motivation to learn
  • A previous internship experience in HR, Finance or Business Analytics
