HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

This position is responsible for the direction, coordination and administration of all Human Resources functions and activities. This position reports to the Regional VP of the company.

RESPONSIBILTIES/DUTIES:
The ideal individual will ensure and oversee that company policies and procedures are being followed and that behavior in the organization meets the company's Standards of Conduct.

Will professionally interact with all staff levels and ensure confidential communications and demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior.

Recruiting - Handle the company's hiring and onboarding processes.

Orientation of new hires.

Development of job descriptions.

Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations.

Maintain all personnel files.

Demonstrate fairness and provide leadership in effective conflict resolution for all personnel.

Manage performance evaluation process.

Assist with compensation planning.

Payroll administration.

Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to drive projects from beginning to end.

Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, developing organization. High energy level.

Ability to influence, establish and maintain effective relationships and gain reputation as a trusted advisor.

Required Skills:
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree preferably in a Human Resource field.

Minimum of five years Human Resource experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Demonstrates accountability, integrity, professionalism, openness, receptive to change and creativity.

Works under minimal supervision with moderate latitude in the use of independent judgment.
