We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees.
• Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
• Manage benefits administration.
• Maintain employee records.
• Develop and oversee annual payroll budgets
• Assist COO in the administration of HIPAA, Compliance, Risk Management, and other strategic initiatives to be discussed.
