Summary:

BrandsMart USA is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager for our Dania Pointe and Sawgrass Mills Mall Store locations. This position will be responsible for all areas of HR.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years experience in recruitment and selection, training, employee relations, information systems, worker’s comp. and safety. A strong knowledge of federal/state employment regulations/law is required as well as excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask with a strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to be a self-starter. Must be able to be a business partner to store management staff with the ability to identify and develop talent for future company growth. Experience with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etcetera) required. Dayforce experience a plus.

Bilingual preferred, Degree and HR certification preferred. Retail HR experience a plus.
