RPM Staffing has an excellent opportunity for an HR Coordinator in Thackerville, Oklahoma!
The ideal candidate will:
The ideal candidate will:
- Be responsible for handling all HR-related administrative duties and assisting in employee retention by applying and enforcing company policies and practices.
- Maintain organized employee files and HR records.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs to benefit workplace culture.
- Create job posts for department heads based on their hiring needs.
- Coordinate and assist employees with open enrollments, changes, and insurance information for employee benefit programs.
- Monitor employee morale and company culture.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze employee engagement and employee turnover data and make recommendations to the HR Director.
- Assist in the processing of worker's compensation claims and leaves of absence.
- Assist with the development and facilitation of training & talent enrichment materials and initiatives.
- Assist with weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Work with all departments to ensure both guest and employee satisfaction.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Performing "other duties" as assigned by management.
