We partner with local growers to bring fresh organic and conventional produce to our Lancaster County, PA facility. We grade and package fruits and vegetables, sending only the best with our Drivers to deliver to independent retailers, natural food stores, and food co-ops.

What you get to do
- Greet associates and provide support by actively listening to their needs and connecting them with the most effective resource
- Assist associates by helping them navigate the HRIS system so they can access and update information
- Serve as a translator within the HR department and other departments when needed
- Maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity
- Protect associate and company information with the upmost sensitivity and confidentiality
- Gather information and prepare reports
- Welcome new hires by hosting orientation for our Spanish speakers and assist with hosting orientation for our English speakers
- Provide support to the Human Resources department as needed
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 2+ years' experience with administrative coordination
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
