You can gain direct experience with the UK HR Employment Office by:
- Conducting screening interviews with student applicants for position on and off campus.
- Making decisions on student placement by using criteria established by hiring organizations.
- Marketing our services to Lexington employers to create opportunities for UK students.
- Recording and tracking data for federal grants.
- Posting requisitions to Integrated Employment System.
- Providing excellent customer service to students, employers and campus departments

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable with MS Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
