OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for providing hands on support to the HRBP team and respective client groups. The Senior HR Associate performs a full range of non-routine and complex administrative HR duties. This position will report into the Senior HRBP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day questions regarding HR policies and programs, and escalate complex inquires to HRBPSs/Director.
  • Serve as the HR data steward for respective client groups; ensure high quality data health in all HR systems by:
    • Maintaining accurate and synchronized data in ADP and in Compass as it relates to people profile data including total compensation, salary changes, reporting line changes, movement to other teams, cost centers and other critical data as it relates to people.
    • Monitoring hiring/termination processes and workflows to ensure completion in a timely manner with particular focus on pending hires and exits. This includes:
      • processing new hire data into ADP/Compass as well as processing terminations.
      • Serve as project manager for cross functional team executing the hiring and termination process
    • Maintain accurate data entry of colleague records into the Compass as new modules are expanded.
    • Actively participate in regular meetings with HRBP and systems key users and share best practices with the HRBP team (across NA?)
  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of onboarding new colleagues and ensures onboarding process is updated and efficient. This includes:
    • Partnering with necessary departments to ensure new hires have what they need Day 1.
    • Conducting regular onboarding meetings with new hires
    • Guiding hiring managers through the onboarding process
  • May participate in special projects, to include Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Review, and various training programs; deliver training to teammates as needed.
  • Liaison with the HRBP and Recruitment team to ensure coordination of internal talent moves and team changes.
  • Process a variety of Human Resources related paperwork and forms in a timely manner.
  • Gather, analyze and produce North America information for monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to sensitive issues, records, reports, and other related items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by HR Directors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or another relevant field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of previous HR support experience.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
