Yes (Domestic travel only, once a year to Plano, TX)
Experience level:
0 to 4 (Managers are open to review freshers with no experience however experienced candidates are highly preferred and would be reviewed first)
Resource Managers Notes:
· Responsible for supporting Japan staff coming from Japan, especially in Research and development
· Responsible for getting questions and answers for TMNA and TMC for Japan staff based on TMNA and TMC policy as TMNA and TFC have some policy for Japan staff
· Must be well organized and detailed oriented
· Must have strong written and verbal fluency in English and Japanese
· Must have good knowledge/experience in Microsoft Office experience
Interview Process:
· Interview 1: Video interview for 45-minutes via MS Teams (Panel interview, 3 Managers)

· The primary responsibility of this role is to provide a wide range of business and living support so that expatriates and business travelers from Japan can integrate into the area to concentrate on their work
· Administrative work and communication for TMC (Toyota Motor Corporation), TPSC (Toyota Production system) and TMPS (Toyota Motor Personnel Services)
· Administrative support and communication for TMNA Japan Staff
· Administrative work for Japan Assignment Support Group
Required:
· Written and verbal fluency in English and Japanese – Must have
· Microsoft Office experience – Must have
· Communication skill – Must have
· Administrative assistant experience – Nice to have
Preferred:
· Japanese expatriate support experience
· HR experience
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $14.25 - $28.00 per hour
