Job Description:

Reporting to and providing direct support to the VP Human Resources Business Partner, the HR Rep is a key point of contact for the HR Department. This position will be a resource to colleagues at all levels of the organization for inquiries, onboarding, compliance and other HR initiatives throughout the employment life cycle. As the front desk representative, this role ensures all visitors and callers are greeted in a timely and professional manner, always providing a high level of customer service by responding promptly and professionally.


The HR Rep will participate in compliance related audits and ensure the completion of HR files, including licensure and other regulatory compliance as well as management of unemployment claims. The HR Rep also assists the VP HR Business Partner with daily administrative tasks including managing an active calendar, preparing and analyzing reports, always maintaining confidentiality to all aspects of the organization, including financial, employee and labor relations.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources support or administration
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and possess the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a strong orientation towards providing high quality customer service.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
