Whiz Kidz Is looking for a Payroll Specialist/HR Administrator to join our already existing dynamic leadership team.

Overview of Duties:

• Accurately and efficiently process weekly payroll for 100+ employees
• Time and Attendance Management
• Onbaording of New Hires and Terminations
• Benefits Administration, Deductions, Enrollments, and Terminations
• Unemployment Claims Processing
• Workers Compensation Wage Reporting
• Wage garnishment managment
• PTO/Sick Time accountability

Preferred Experience:

• Associates degree
• AZ State Payroll processing experience
• Federal, State, and Local tax and wage management
• Payroll Processing (Heartland experience is a plus)
• 2 or more years of Excel
• Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office

Minimum Experience:

• High school diploma
• Proficient with Excel / Microsoft Office
• 2 or more years of payroll processing
• 2 or more years of Excel

• HR: 2 years (Preferred)
• Payroll: 2 years (Required)
• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
