is seeking a
Human Resources Partner
Seeking a skilled Human Resources Partner who is passionate about recruiting, payroll processing and support of the overall operations of the office.
The candidate should be highly efficient, organized, and approachable. We expect applicants to have a solid knowledge of various HR functions and administrative responsibilities.
Job Duties
- Manage and conduct applicant screening, interviews and hiring process.
- Manage and conduct onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Manage benefits for new hires and annually for employees.
- Mange the worker’s compensation claims and time off tracking.
- Manage and maintain the OSHA log.
- Maintain new hire and employee personnel files.
- Schedule and manage background requirements.
- Track and coordinate annual training for all staff.
- Record, verify and process transactions and documents as required for processing payroll. Including management of the time and attendance system.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Recruitment experience preferred
- Payroll experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of HR systems is a plus.
