HR Manager
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking an HR Manager to join our Home Office team in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Mountain Land has over 550 employees throughout Utah, Idaho, and Montana, and focuses on outpatient orthopedic treatment.
You will be a key player as Mountain Land grows and innovates. You will receive professional and personal support such as continuing education funding, PTO, and a wellness incentive for activities like purchasing a gym membership or a ski pass! Qualifications
- Min. 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Bachelor"s degree in Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent experience. Master"s Degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
- S/PHR or SHRM - S/CP preferred
- Must be able to meet vaccination mandate requirements, or file for an exemption, by specified deadlines
Pay Range: $60,000 - $85,000 per year
Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position that is fully benefited and is eligible to receive medical, dental, and vision insurances, as well as life insurances, 401k, and wellness incentives.
Location: Hybrid - Remote 1-2 days & onsite in Cottonwood Heights, UT 3-4 days
