Primary Purpose

The Bright Horizon’s HR Reporting and Analytics team enables business success through better people decisions by offering workforce intelligence to HR and business leaders. Our employee listening program is a key tool in surfacing insights to empower data-driven solutions. As the HR Insights Manager, you'll help Bright Horizons build a deep understanding of the employee experience by owning the employee listening strategy to inform our people strategy and support our employees to do their best work to drive long-term success for the organization.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise and advise on survey research/design, data collection, and/or program evaluation. Having the ability to translate, educate and present to both technical and non-technical audiences (senior leadership levels as well) is a path to this role's success.

  • Connect and integrate the listening strategy with key people enterprise initiatives across the organization such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Employee Wellbeing.

  • Oversee administration of survey platform including configuration, security, dashboard design, end user training and support.

  • Deliver data-driven insights using surveys and other data sources to better attract, engage and retain our employees.

  • Apply statistical methods such as linear and logistic regression, correlation, etc… to correlate employee engagement with other signals like business productivity, revenue, and customer experience metrics.

  • Advise and consult with HR and business partners on employee engagement, survey results, and action planning.

  • Execute the employee listening strategy across the employee survey lifecycle (e.g., candidate experience surveys, onboarding surveys, hiring manager surveys, engagement surveys, pulse surveys, focus groups, exit surveys), continuously improving measurement strategies and reporting practices.

  • Supervise personnel who support the Employee Listening Strategy

Education

Bachelor's Degree is required. - Human Resources, Statistics, Industrial and Organizational Psychology or other Behavioral Sciences

Master's Degree preferred.

Experience

3 years of hands-on experience in Employee Surveys and 1 year of management experience is highly preferred.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of survey methodologies, quantitative and qualitative research, and survey design principles.

  • Experience managing, analyzing, and troubleshooting data using analytics tools (Advanced Excel, SQL, R, or Python).

  • Experience using survey platforms, e.g. Glint, Qualtrics, Peakon.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and statistical analysis, along with possible effects and recommendations, to several audiences including C-level senior leadership.

  • Ability to manage complex projects, balancing the needs of multiple partners while upholding program vision, strategy and goals.

This role can be located in our Newton, Mass office, hybrid or remote. The maximum pay for this role is $80K yearly and comes with full health, dental, 401K and other optional benefits plus paid time off and holidays.
