Human Resources Generalist Job Description:

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Safety, Benefits Administration, and Employee Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, conducting initial screening of resumes and scheduling interviews
• Employee Relations: assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, conduct investigations as needed and provide guidance to managers on proper documentation and handling of employee relations issues
• Safety Programs: assist in the design and delivery of safety training programs and recordkeeping
• Benefits Administration: assist in the administration of employee benefits programs
• Employee Services: assist in the coordination of employee services, such as employee recognition programs, employee communications, and employee relations programs

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience using ADP or other payroll providers
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
