Responsibilities:
- Determine the appropriate benefits for a given set of employees.
- Work with the payroll department to ensure that employees are paid according to their current status.
- Assist in hiring decisions.
- Check immigration status of applicants.
- Administer employee training and development
- Monitor and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
