Job Summary:
The HR Director will be fully in charge of managing onboarding, recruitment, compliances, grievances, performance reviews, and more in the agency. All matters relating to agency’s employees and policies, including hiring and onboarding, clearances and compliance required by various state and city agencies.
Responsibilities:
-Recruit, interview, and assist in the selection of employees to fill vacant positions.
-Plan and implement all new employee orientation with the intention to foster a positive work attitude that aligns with organizational goals.
-Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
-Conduct all necessary fingerprinting and background checks.
- Ensures all personnel files are complete and up to standards with all laws and regulations.
-Work closely with the Comptroller to ensure proper input of personnel files.
-Develop and maintain a Human Resources system that meets top management information needs.
-Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
