A Southern California High Desert Acute Care Medical Center is actively seeking a Director of Human Resources.The Chief Human Resources Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer, and will partner with the executive team to partner with the executive team to achieve operational goals for their respective departments.
The Human Resources Director will be responsible for a team of 8 employees: Generalist, Employee Relations liaison, HR Recruitment Coordinator, Benefits Coordinator, HR Representative and Employee Health Coordinator. The team is responsible for all Human Resources and Employee Health for a Hospital with over 600 employees.
The Director of Human Resources have oversight of: employee/labor relations, coaching of staff and leaders, recruiting and talent acquisition, implementation of policies and procedures related to employee license/certification and employee work authorization regulations, the human resource budget, and payroll and time cards. The HR Director is responsible for ensuring all human resource and employee health functions are timely and effective.
