Be part of a dynamic and growing human resources team! The Human Resources Coordinator for Beauport Hospitality Group will support the human resources department by completing various administrative tasks including:

  • Assist with monitoring recruiting platform including reviewing/editing job postings, screening resumes, and forwarding applicants to hiring managers.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding process including assigning tasks and monitoring HRIS system.
  • Assist with processing terminations in all systems.
  • Provide support as needed for the employee reward and recognition program to include anniversary milestones and annual events.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports from the HRIS system.
  • Other duties as assigned by the HR Director.

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications:

  • At least one (1) year experience in an HR Administrative position or related work experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Ability to keep strict confidentiality.
  • Experience in all Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with maximum efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively work closely as part of a team.
  • Ability to exercise sound logic and judgement in evaluating situations and utilizing appropriate resources.
  • Must be self-directed, motivated, and be able to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
